Naru grew out of CoachFinder’s work in executive coaching. The people who fund leadership development kept asking the same question: what changed, for whom, and did it stick?

Participation and satisfaction data could not answer it, and no provider is well placed to grade its own work. Naru is our answer: an independent view of progress across the coaches, assessments and programs an organization already uses, with the strength of the evidence made clear.
